Residential Home Inspection
Our process begins with a thorough on-site inspection by one of our certified professional inspectors. We then incorporate all of that information into to your inspection report. You will then receive your report electronically within 24 hours. If you have any questions regarding your report, we are always available by phone or email.
Radon Testing
Radon is an invisible, odorless, tasteless, radioactive gas. Radon is a naturally occurring gas that is all around us, however when it is concentrated in a contained space (a home) it becomes a major health risk. In fact it is second only to smoking as a leading cause of lung cancer. By performing quality air testing we can provide you with the information you need to keep your family safe.
Mold Testing
As part of every home inspection we will report anything we see or smell that leads us to believe that mold may be present. The actual testing for mold is much more involved. We will take swabs or samples of any visible suspected growth and send them to the lab for further analysis. We will also take air samples indoors and out, that will also be sent to the lab for further analysis. We then consolidate all of this information into one report for you.
